Refund policy
We are able to provide full refunds only if all conditions are met as follows:
1. Payment has not been made yet and
2. Your order has not been fulfilled yet. Fulfilled means packed &/or shipped
If your order has been paid already, we are happy to refund you minus a restocking fee of 10% of your original total order amount. This is because our payment provides do not refund us the full amount so unfortunately we have to pass that unto you.
If your order has been shipped already, we are not able to refund or cancel your order.
